Production Control 1. Produce process I . The ABS and PLA will be dried for enough time (3-5 hours) before producing. II. All the master batch and colors powder were certified by ROHS. III. Adjusting temperature and dragging rateto make filament diameter range at 1.72-1.76mm/2.85-2.95mm, roundness +/-0.03mm, each spool net weight 1kg+/-0.01kg. IV. We put different kinds of filaments in different shelves, all categories arrange orderly.
2. Productiong quality control I. we have diameter laser detect kits to control extruding rate on line, when diameter smaller or higher than accepted range, the laser detect kits will adjust the extruding rate higher or smaller to make diameter range at acceptable range. II. Making record for each filament samples sent to customers with trackable documents. III.We will dry the filament again if the filament storing on shelf longer than half a year to kee them dry.
Packaging & Shipping
Vacuum package in plastic tray with a desiccant. Each roll packed into a small carton box, and ten boxes packed into a big carton. Big Carton size: 435 x220x500mm
Note Please avoid long time strong light irradiation such as sunlight. Fire prevention,moisture prevention and store in dry place. Once opened, please seal save with desiccant to avoid printing effect caused by damp!
